Calorie Counting. As part of 2010, I decided that I need to have a few realistic goals. One of which is to get to 190 pounds. One of the key things is portion size. Instead of eating this whole plate of spaghetti and meatballs, I split it in half. One portion for lunch, the other for dinner.
